They will misrepresent their services, short items you paid them for and will care less to send a manager/technician to your event. We UTTERLY REGRET hiring them. Inspite of bringing this to their attention and requesting a resolution, they have refused to resolve our grievances and trying to deploy scare tactics so we dont public review them. Here are the details: We hired them for THREE NIGHTS to provide audio/visual equipments inc Mic, speakers, DJ booth, dance floor, dancers and entertainers, fireworks, uplighting and colorwash/beams for a total of $4600 and paid vendor fees of $800 on their behalf. We sent this email with detail of each nights issues, in response first they tried to deflect the issues and tried to offer us $170 refund.
